Job summary

Madison Park Development Corporation's Dewitt Community Center in Roxbury seeks a Program Coordinator to support operations, programming, and community engagement.

You will coordinate programs, events, youth activities, and partnerships, while maintaining records and assisting with communications and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, nonprofit administration, recreation, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and implementation of Dewitt Center programs, activities, workshops, and events.
• Support youth, seniors, and community programming.
• Maintain program schedules and assist with program participation and evaluation.
• Engage residents, participants, youth, families, and community members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and organizations.
• Coordinate use of Center spaces and maintain the facility/program calendar.
• Communicate with vendors, instructors, partners, and community organizations regarding scheduling and program needs.
