The Town of Sudbury Park and Recreation Department in Sudbury, MA is hiring a full‑time Program Coordinator to create a well‑rounded program of activities for adults, youth and children. The position is based at the Fairbank Community Center and involves coordinating a variety of events and classes throughout the town.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies or a closely related field and have about 3 years of experience in a recreational facility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Leisure Studies or a closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in a recreational facility, preferably in program coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a 12-passenger van.
