Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate at our Fayetteville center. You'll support customers, maintain center operations, and ensure a welcoming, productive environment with 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 12:00–5:00 PM) and potential to flex to full-time when needed.

You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with events and center communications, while contributing to a high-touch, professional community. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and address inquiries to ensure a positive center experience.
• Coordinate services, manage bookings and invoices, and keep the center organized.
• Support events and communications to help customers connect and network.
