Job summary

The City of Chaska is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the Chaska Community Center and Chaska Curling and Event Center. The role requires flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will assist guests with check-in, registrations, and information, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring safety and facility standards. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 or older.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and guests, checks them in, and directs them to activities.
• Registers memberships, activities, leagues, admissions and rentals using recreation software.
• Responds to inquiries with a welcoming, respectful tone and resolves concerns.
• Assists with setup/teardown of event spaces and light cleaning as needed.
• Handles cash, check, and credit transactions per city procedures.
• Contributes ideas to improve customer experience and collaborates with staff.
