Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, mental health, human services, behavioral health, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in unrelated field with one year relevant experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 18-25, up to 35:1.
• Develop and monitor Person-Centered Plans (PCPs).
• Work with individuals and families to elicit services and promote choices in employment and living.
• Advocate for rights and ensure health and safety in services.
