This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and a supportive team environment.

Essential qualifications include a High School Diploma and MHRT-C certification, plus experience in behavioral health, with strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MHRT-C certification (or eligible) required.
• At least 1 year experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals identify goals and create plans for success.
• Connect people with community resources and support services.
• Advocate for clients and help remove barriers to independence.
