Job summary

Northeast Arc is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live, work, and thrive in their communities. As a Program Case Manager/Driver on the Journeys team, you will directly supervise participants and provide skill-building support, while also safely transporting them to program sites and community locations.

You will maintain thorough records, communicate with families and staff, and collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision and skill-building support to participants.
• Transportation of participants to program sites and community locations.
• Maintain accurate program records and daily documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and individualized support to participants in community-based day and work supports.
• Complete daily transportation runs for assigned participants in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate skill development activities aligned with participants' goals.
• Support participants at volunteer sites, work sites, and community outings.
• Maintain accurate program records and daily documentation.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff.
• Operate program vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure high-quality service.
