Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Program Case Manager/Driver to support participants in community-based day and work programs and to transport them to sites and activities. You will supervise, mentor, and help build skills while ensuring safety and compliance in transportation duties.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective communicator in both person and in writing.
• Team player who is flexible and able to adapt to a changing schedule.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or ASL via direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and individualized support to participants.
• Complete daily transportation runs for assigned participants in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate skill development activities and meaningful opportunities tailored to participants' goals.
• Support participants at volunteer sites, work sites, and community outings.
• Maintain accurate program records and daily documentation.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with participants, families, and staff.
• Operate program vehicles safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure high-quality service delivery.
