LIFE Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Home Care Administrator to oversee Personal Care staff and manage community services across centers, participant homes, and other settings. The role acts as a liaison for home care, ensuring adherence to LIFE Pittsburgh policies and patient-centered care.

The position requires collaboration with the Clinical Community Care Manager, staff supervision, budgeting participation, and ongoing process improvements to maintain high-quality services for participants.

• Understanding of treatment ranges for participants served.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Personal Care staff and manage community services for participants in centers and homes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services to update policies and ensure compliance with PCA protocols.
• Participate in budgeting and monitor variances for Personal Care Services.
• Schedule and coordinate personal care services to ensure 24-hour coverage.
• Assess participant home care needs and adjust plans with the inter disciplinary team.
• Lead care plan and family meetings, and communicate home care services.
• Direct and evaluate scheduling staff and coordinators; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee time/attendance for staff and expense reporting.
• Participate in hiring, orientation and ongoing competency training for staff.
• Maintain supplies for Day Health Center and participant homes.
• Other duties as assigned to support LIFE Pittsburgh goals.
