Job summary

Lifesteps in Bethel Park, PA seeks a Direct Care Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Home, supervise staff, and ensure respectful, high-quality care for individuals.

This full-time role features a two-week rotating schedule and requires HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and certification milestones within 6 months; preferred degrees and supervisory experience. Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and 3 years in human services.
• Must have valid driver’s license and obtain Medication Administration Certification within 6 months.
• First Aid/CPR certified within 6 months.
• Preferred: degrees and supervisory/regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all house staff and ensure quality care.
• Assist individuals in independent living in home and community.
• Serve as Residential Companion on the direct care team.
• Maintain a rotating two-week schedule with 7am–3pm shifts.
