Job summary

The position requires opening and maintaining consumer and small business accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards, and originating personal loans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and follows instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times and uses tact with clients.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft software, and 10-key.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and digital banking tools.
• Able to read, write, present information, and analyze simple data.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and cards; originations of personal loans.
• Processes loan requests and identifies referral opportunities across lines of business.
• Builds client relationships through outbound engagement and referrals.
• Performs teller duties and accurate cash handling as needed.
• Stays compliant with bank regulations and internal policies.
