Killbuck Savings Bank invites a dedicated Branch Manager to lead our Walnut Creek, Ohio branch and oversee daily banking operations. You will mentor staff, enhance customer service, and drive relationships with local businesses and residents.

The role emphasizes community involvement and sound financial stewardship. The ideal candidate brings banking experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for helping neighbors meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of deposit and loan accounts, compliance, security and accounting; prior banking experience with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support branch employees in providing friendly, reliable customer service.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Build lasting relationships with local businesses and community members.
• Promote banking services and help customers find suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
• Serve as Notary Public for the Branch Office.
• Attend monthly Branch Manager Meetings.
