Job summary

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. is seeking a Donor Recruitment Representative. You will recruit blood donors through one-on-one outreach, partner with local businesses and schools to set up drives, and engage communities to raise awareness of our lifesaving mission.

You will educate donors, drive recruitment results, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat donations. A dynamic, goal‑driven personality with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CDL holders preferred; additional compensation may apply.
• Two years in sales or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit blood donors within the community, driving donor growth.
• Coordinate blood drives with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Engage with the community through events and social media to raise awareness.
• Educate and motivate individuals about the impact of donating blood.
• Achieve recruitment goals and follow up on donor leads to encourage repeat donations.
