Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the Coordinated Specialty Care evidence-based model.
• Conduct client prescreening and initial assessments to identify psychosis and symptom profile.
• Complete intake and onboarding, gather history, involve families when appropriate.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Support clients toward employment and educational goals.
• Use Motivational Interviewing to engage ambivalent clients.
• Deliver clinical services in home, Center, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans and initiate clinical interventions with individuals and groups.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and collaborative care discussions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical record documentation.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
