National Youth Advocate Program seeks a full-time Therapist to join our Community Based Team in Tallmadge, OH. The role focuses on counseling, advocacy, and support to help youth thrive in the community.

Under Clinical Supervisor guidance, you will provide individual and family therapy, coordinate services, and ensure timely documentation. A Master’s in Social Work and advanced license are required, with a valid driver’s license for daily travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable field.
• Advanced professional license as required by state/contract.
• 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Meet productivity thresholds and coordinate services across youth and family needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families.
