Job summary

Omni Family of Services Kentucky Inc is hiring a Community Therapist I FITT KY (T3) to deliver individual, group and family therapy. FITT is a 90-day in-home program for youth at risk of out-of-home placement, and the therapist participates in an interdisciplinary treatment team within a trauma-responsive culture that emphasizes ESTEEM.

A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, art therapy, or related field is required or licensure eligible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the specified fields or equivalent licensure eligibility.
• Must hold or be eligible for one of the listed licenses: CSW, LPCA, MFT-Associate, LPATA, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPAT.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy as part of FITT KY program.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support Family FITT clients and families.
• Deliver in-home therapy within a 90-day program for youth at risk of out-of-home placement.

As the Community Therapist I FITT KY (T3) you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy. The Family Intervention Treatment Team Therapist (FITT) participates in interdisciplinary treatment team to meet the needs of Family FITT clients/families. FITT is an intensive, 90-day in-home program for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g. hospitalization, residential, detention).
