Field position requiring strong community connections to employers and diverse scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include direct on-site supports, building business partnerships, and coordinating internship-to-employment projects across Richmond and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Experience fostering respect, professionalism and civility across diverse populations.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, nights).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities in locating and maintaining competitive, integrated employment.
• Meet with businesses to develop relationships and partnerships encouraging employment of people with disabilities.
• Provide direct services and supports to individuals on job sites to promote independence.
• Coordinate internship-to-employment projects in Richmond and surrounding areas.
