This full-time position includes job coaching, collaboration with employers, and support in skill development. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree related to human services and have at least 2 years of experience. A key focus is building relationships and ensuring compliance with agency policies. This role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and offers various competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply a person-first, individualized approach to employment planning.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving eligibility.
