Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 4 years of IDD experience, or Bachelor's with 2 years, or Master's with 1 year.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with individuals and lead staff in community support.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure services are compliant.
• Develop and monitor individualized plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Partner with community organizations for consistent support.
