Job summary

UCP Central PA is seeking a Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services in Middleburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will lead staff and oversee operations to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their communities.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience supporting individuals with IDD and/or autism.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400).
• Ability to understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized plans.
