Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a registered nurse to join the ACTT team, providing crisis response and community-based behavioral health care. You will oversee nursing care, participate in plan development, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individuals in their communities.

The role requires an active RN license, preferred Bachelor of Nursing, and experience in behavioral health. On-call expectations and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance may apply as part

Qualifications

Requires an active RN license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

Follow supports and services as indicated in the Crisis Plan.
Participate as a member of interdisciplinary team and PCP meetings.
Monitor consumers and manage side effects/adverse reactions to medications.
Assist team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated.
Valid driver's license is required, including personal vehicle insurance.
