RHA Health Services is seeking an RN to join the ACTT team providing crisis response and behavioral health nursing in a community-based setting. The role includes on-call expectations and a focus on helping individuals live independently in their communities.

Requirements include an active RN license, BSN preferred, and experience in behavioral health nursing. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required, with a compensation package reflecting the $72,000–$75,000 annual salary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow crisis plans and person-centered plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team and PCP meetings.
• Monitor for medication side effects and adverse reactions.
• Assist team with assessing learning needs and provide teaching.
