Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field.
• 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required. Travel to Indiana and Armstrong County.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Coordinate and provide therapy, medication management, and resource linkage services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, substance abuse professionals, employment specialists, housing specialists, and peer specialists.
• Conduct therapeutic services in an individual's home or community setting.
• Utilize personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based work.
