Job summary

Merakey seeks a Mental Health Therapist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Monaca, PA, supporting Beaver County. You will deliver comprehensive services to adults with serious mental illness, including therapy, case management, and community-based visits.

The role involves home visits, transportation in a personal vehicle, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance functioning and symptom management. Expect 30.75/hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Knowledge of recovery principles and recovery driven systems.
• Valid driver's license; travel to Beaver County required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with severe mental illness.
• Coordinate and provide therapy, medication management, and resource linkage services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and housing specialists.
• Conduct therapeutic services in individuals' home or community settings.
• Utilize personal vehicle for client transportation and community-based work.
