Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join the Foster Care Team in the Sharonville area. You will provide community-based mental health services, advocate for youth and families, and collaborate with partners to support safe community living.

Daily travel is required to deliver services, coordinate care, and monitor plans. A Bachelor's in Social Work and an LSW license (preferred) support your role; bilingual helps in serving diverse families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LSW license preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours, including evenings, at least two per week.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services as required.
• Travels daily to provide community-based services.
• Coordinates and monitors clinical services for youth and family in the community.
• Regularly reviews and updates youth-based plans.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assists in family reunification and stabilization per case plan.
• Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services.

We are seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our Foster Care Team in Columbus, Ohio. Bilingual a plus!

Position Summary

Treatment Coordinators with National Youth Advocate Program work in the community as part of an integral service team. Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Compensation

Compensation: $46,000; $48,000 + Productivity Bonus-unlicensed; $48,000-$50,000 + Productivity Bonus licensed

Responsibilities

• Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, and other evidence based clinical services as required.
• Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates and monitors clinical services for the youth and family in the community, including mental health, special educational services, medication management, and psychological services.
• Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationship with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assists in family reunification and stabilization efforts with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth's case plan.
• Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LSW license, preferred.
• A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings, at least two per week.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

Driving and Vehicle Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Good driving record
• Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
