Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise participants ensuring their health and safety.
• Implement daily activities that reflect participants’ goals.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of participant progress.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Understanding of person-centered practices

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

12 ECE college units (may be required)
