Job summary

Quad City Bank & Trust is seeking a Community Banker Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Community Bankers and to supervise, train, and develop the team while supporting the Assistant or Branch Manager.

The role emphasizes ensuring excellent client service, adherence to procedures, and cross-functional coordination within Retail Banking. A strong focus on mentorship, performance management, and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• One-year supervisory experience or previous leadership experience.
• Ability to perform data entry utilizing banking software and Microsoft 365 with high accuracy.
• Strong decision making, critical thinking, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational duties and daily functions for the Community Bankers.
• Lead and deliver new hire training and ongoing development needs analyses.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and ensure protocols are followed.
• Approve unusual or large dollar amount transactions.
• Provide reliable service per regulatory and compliance protocols and advise on financial products.
