Job summary

Qualifications

Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
One-year supervisory experience or previous leadership experience.
Strong ability to set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance and behavior.
Capability to perform data entry utilizing banking software and Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operational duties for the Community Bankers and assist with complex transactions.
Lead and deliver new hire training and ongoing needs analysis for development and training opportunities.
Balance the ATM machine and vault procedures and ensure security procedures are followed.
Promote products and services to retail customers and refer customers to appropriate areas for additional information.
Hire, develop, motivate, and train staff, including planning and delegating tasks.
