Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships and promptly address inquiries.
• Inform and suggest banking products to customers.
• Open, service, and advise on accounts and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Explain in-person and digital banking options to customers.
• Support teller duties and participate in branch campaigns.
• Promote the bank’s Tell-A-Friend program and cross-sell.
• Assist customers with loan options and documentation when appropriate.
