Qualifications

• Experience in sales or service roles within banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to build trust quickly and maintain relationships with members.
• Comfort with using mobile and online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with members and be their trusted financial resource.
• Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal loans from application to funding.
• Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates.
• Recommend products that fit members' needs without hollow upsells.
• Guide members through mobile and online banking questions.
