Qualifications

• Demonstrates attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Banking experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone and offers solutions.
• Open and maintain various accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, cards).
• Performs teller duties including deposits and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Engages in conversations about consumer loans and referrals across lines of business.
• Builds client relationships and documents activities and referrals.
• Ensures compliance with bank regulations and policies.
