Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer checking/savings accounts and related products.
• Performs Teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling.
• Engages in conversations about and processes loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
