Journey Bank, a Muncy Columbia Financial Company, is seeking a Full-Time Community Banking Associate to join the Lightstreet Community Office in Bloomsburg, PA. You will support paying and receiving functions and assist customers in their financial journeys.This on-site role offers a friendly team, 37.5 hours weekly, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow while upholding compliance and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking education helpful.
• Prior banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills.
• Professional and courteous communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks and process utility bill payments.
• Sell treasurer checks, money orders, and other bank products.
• Accept loan payments, safe deposit box rent and other related payments.
• Process night deposits and mail deposits.
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for additional services.
• Adhere to internal policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements (BSA/CRA/EOA).
