Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education or training.
• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Analytical and math skills with good reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks and process bill payments.
• Sell bank products such as treasurer checks and money orders.
• Accept loan payments, safe deposit box rent and related payments.
• Maintain awareness of new business opportunities and refer customers to appropriate staff.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
