Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills with math ability.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks and process payments.
• Sell treasurer checks, money orders, and other bank products.
• Accept loan payments and safe deposit box rents.
• Process night deposits and mail deposits.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank staff and identify opportunities.
• Comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
