Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards, and more.
• Performs teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, currency counting.
• Engages in conversations about new consumer loan requests and determines client needs.
• Documents referrals to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management using 360 View.
