First Interstate Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an Associate Community Banker to deliver personalized client service and determine client needs. You will manage accounts, process teller transactions, and discuss loan options to provide suitable solutions.

Responsibilities include opening products, identifying referral opportunities, and building relationships through proactive outreach while maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Uses tact and diplomacy effectively when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Possesses working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft programs, and strong 10-key skills.
• Maintains working knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including consumer and basic business checking and savings accounts, IRAs and CDs.
• Performs Teller duties, conducting transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• May engage in conversations about and process new consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and timely follow-up.
