Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a professional Community Manager to oversee client associations, meetings, and vendor contracts.

The role requires strong organizational skills, licensing in applicable states, and the ability to coordinate staff and finances for multiple boards. Ideal candidates will have prior community management experience, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a reliable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Must maintain licensing in some states.
  • Must have prior community management experience.
  • Be professional, organized and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
  • Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
  • Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
  • Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
  • Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow‑up on monthly assessments due.
  • Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
  • Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
