Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish), diligent On-Site Manager and Portfolio Manager with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in community association management. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead all aspects of association management effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects, contractors, and vendors.
• Negotiate and monitor contracts, supervise purchasing, and approve accounts payable.
• Communicate effectively with the board of directors, residents, and owners.
• Provide management reports and track project progress.
• Supervise maintenance, groundskeeping, and office personnel.
• Conduct property inspections and organize board meetings.
• Assist with budgeting, bid solicitation, and enforcement of rules.
• Oversee maintenance activities and handle tenant and owner issues.
• Perform administrative tasks and be on call for emergencies.
• Experience with 40-year re-certification and concrete renovation is a plus.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Office, and TOPS software.
• Project management experience is helpful.
