  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications (M100, CMCA, AMS) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This full-time, Community Association Manager role is based in Austin, TX. The Community Association Manager oversees day-to-day operations for assigned communities, including coordinating maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring common areas for safety and appearance. The role works closely with association boards to prepare meeting agendas, attend board and annual meetings, present management reports, and support decision making. Responsibilities include communicating with homeowners about community policies, architectural guidelines, and compliance matters, as well as processing architectural applications and tracking violations. The manager also assists with budget planning, reviews invoices, supports collection of assessments, and ensures adherence to governing documents, applicable regulations, and company policies.

  • Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, manage multiple communities, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of HOA/condominium governance, Texas property laws, or related regulations preferred.
  • Previous experience in community association management or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with HOA management software (Vantaca), Google workspace, Apple IOS and/or other property management systems ensuring comfort with email and online portals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education, professional certifications (such as M100, CMCA or AMS), or relevant training are a plus.
