About the Role

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with customers across various industries to create and maintain a vibrant community within your center. Your responsibilities include handling administrative tasks and supporting customers so they can focus on their business activities.

Typical Day

1. Prepare the center before opening and ensure cleanliness.
2. Assist customers with requests such as WiFi, packages, directions, and setup.
3. Manage mail and communication, and handle customer inquiries.
4. Support event planning and community engagement activities.
5. Ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day.

About You

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience (1+ years preferred).
• Problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
