The Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with both new and existing customers across various industries. Your role involves creating and maintaining a community within your center, managing administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their business.

A Typical Day at IWG

You arrive early to ensure everything is set up and checked. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setting up equipment, and billing inquiries. You take breaks as needed, manage mail and customer requests, and coordinate upcoming events with the Community Manager. You also promote the space to prospects and ensure the center remains tidy and welcoming as the day ends.

About You

We're seeking someone capable of multitasking while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
