The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with both new and existing customers from various industries. Your role will involve creating and maintaining a community within your center, managing administrative and support tasks to allow your customers to focus on their business activities.


A typical day at IWG

You arrive early to ensure the center is ready. Throughout the day, you handle customer inquiries, assist with technical setups, manage mail and packages, and support event organization. You also coordinate with the Community Manager on upcoming events and engage with prospects interested in joining the community. Your day ends with tidying up and preparing to leave the center.


About you

We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, capable of building strong relationships and empathizing with others (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old
