Tailwind Group Inc. seeks a friendly Community Assistant to support residents and the office team at The Landing College Station.
This part-time role is up to 29.5 hours per week with rotating nights and weekends, and a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative duties. You will handle leasing inquiries, conduct tours, assist with events, manage front desk tasks, and help with move-ins/outs, while keeping files and fees organized in accordance with policy under the Property Manager's

The Position: The Community Assistant is primarily responsible for providing high-quality customer service and dedication to our current and future residents. A successful Community Assistant will provide excellent customer service to our residents and administrative support to the office staff, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.
The Property: The Landing College Station is a garden-style student housing community in College Station, Texas, designed to serve students attending Texas A&M University. The 546 unit, 1006 bed community offers 1, 2, 4, and 5-bedroom units with amenities that include a two-story fitness center, 2 swimming pools, 2 dog parks, coffee bar, and much more. The Landing College Station provides team members with opportunities to develop and grow their careers while delivering an unmatched living experience for our residents.
This is a part-time position working a variable schedule, not to exceed 29.5 hours per week. Rotating nights and weekends are required and may vary based on property needs.
The compensation rate for this position is $12.00 per hour plus bonus potential. This rate is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.
