Talent With Heart is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare team in Washington. The role operates in a Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities focus on advanced clinical assessments, care management, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour window, 95% of the time.
