Partnership & Community Growth Specialist

About the Role

We’re hiring a Partnership & Community Growth Specialist to help us expand our reach into gyms, studios, clinics, and stores that believe in movement and recovery. If you’re passionate about foot health, love connecting with people, and want to build relationships that make a real impact, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do
  • Introduce our brand and tools to gyms, clinics, physical therapy offices, and fitness studios
  • Build relationships with trainers, coaches, and healthcare professionals
  • Engage in outreach activities such as cold calling, warm leads, door knocking, and follow-ups
  • Organize and activate community events or pop-ups
  • Support partnerships with educational materials to help them succeed
  • Collaborate with the social/media team to showcase community and retail successes
  • Represent the brand and embody our mission of mobility and performance
Ideal Candidate
  • Based in the USA or CA
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Outgoing, energized by connecting with people both in person and virtually
  • Passionate about fitness, mobility, and foot health
  • Comfortable with outreach, selling the vision, and making connections
  • Organized with the ability to track contacts, accounts, and outcomes
  • Excited about building something from the ground up
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in wholesale, fitness sales, or community outreach
  • Connections in CrossFit, physical therapy, or movement communities
  • Previous roles in outreach or brand representation
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack, or CRM tools
What We Offer
