Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites. The Building Operations Team Member is responsible for the maintenance of Crossroads’ sites, handling building and equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and delivering a well‑maintained facility to be used by Crossroads and outside parties.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
General residential/commercial maintenance knowledge is essential. At least 3 years of experience performing general maintenance or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent project management skills are required. Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other staff and organizations. Possesses strong organizational, communication, and decision making skills. Ability to lead volunteers and volunteer teams in the execution of projects is essential.
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally the job requires 20% sitting, 30% walking, and 50% standing.
Travel between properties will be required.
