Responsibilities

  • Assist the Connections Site Director with broader all-site projects and initiatives.
  • Help people get connected and mobilize toward engaging in the seven proven practices.

  • Recruit volunteers by maintaining a list of open roles and inviting people to serve.
  • Develop volunteer leaders through simple, consistent training moments.

We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.****Job Summary****The Assistant Multisite Connections Director is responsible for coming alongside the Connections Site Director in leading volunteers, building the teams, and implementing the systems that make Crossroads at their site the easiest place to belong. This role creates warm and welcoming environments, ensures excellent first impressions, and builds bridges from weekend experiences into deeper community and personal life change.
