Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Cecil County, Maryland. This full-time, in-person role focuses on clinical leadership, multidisciplinary teamwork, and community-based services for adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).

The Program Manager will provide supervision to staff, coordinate services, and actively participate in assessments

Qualifikationen

• Licensed clinician required or equivalent licensed mental health professional.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams is expected.
• Strong understanding of ACT/Community-based services beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ACT Team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to program staff.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and service delivery to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor program performance and support continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide direct care in the community approximately 50% of the time.
• Support individuals with SPMI in achieving treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery goals.
• Participate in clinical assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination as appropriate.
• Promote community integration, independence, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support collaboration among clinical, medical, rehabilitation, and administrative staff.
• Provide guidance to staff in addressing client needs and managing complex situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an EMR.
• Ensure program activities comply with Maryland COMAR regulations.
• Support quality assurance and adherence to clinical and operational standards.
