Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking an organized ACT Program Manager to lead the Assertive Community Treatment team in Maryland. You will supervise clinicians, provide clinical consultation, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices while delivering comprehensive services to individuals with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, case management, therapy, and supports; monitoring productivity against targets; and maintaining regulatory compliance within budget.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Maryland licensure in Social Work or Nursing with mental health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and clinical consultation for ACT team.
• Deliver psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; provide individual, family and peer group therapy.
• Oversee outreach, case management, and residential services; ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices.
• Monitor productivity targets and documentation timelines; oversee budget compliance.
• Participate in after-hours on-call system and staff training.
